This page is to post job opportunities for uniquely abled individuals and for positions available at The UAP or at a UAA.

Join us to make a difference! We currently have several volunteer openings for projects in close collaboration with our president, Ivan Rosenberg:

Board Member and Secretary
Serve as a full board member and record minutes for bi-monthly board meetings. We especially welcome the voices of autistic and neurodivergent individuals to share their voices on our board!

Board Member – Company Executive
We invite company executives, especially those who have or are interested in hiring uniquely abled individuals, to join our Board.

Project Leader: CMfgA Training Program
Finalize the Certified Manufacturing Associate training program for individuals with employment challenges including autism. Recruit national partner sites like Goodwill and Manufacturing Extension Partnerships.

Project Leader: Manual Soldering UAA
Fine-tune a 3-week manual soldering training program, launching in late January, and collaborate with CTTI to expand offerings across the country.

Project Leader: Apprenticeships
Collaborate with the Certified Manufacturing Associate training team and other organizations to support uniquely abled individuals entering apprenticeship programs that combine workplace training with hands-on work experience.

If any of these opportunities sounds like a good fit for you or someone you know, or if you have questions about the roles and responsibilities, please reach out to Ivan!
