The Uniquely Abled Project (UAP) empowers youth with autism to lead productive lives through inclusive career employment. We place program participants in careers that are relevant, provide income, and purpose.
Our two programs, The Uniquely Abled Academy and The Uniquely Abled Jobs Program both focus on matching neurodiverse individuals to jobs that are a compliment to their unique skill sets and abilities.
Uniquely Abled Academy
An intensive (13-16 week) career preparation program provides the skills and training to succeed in a career as CNC (computer numerical control) Machine Operator.
Uniquely Abled Jobs Program
Placement and post-hire support for jobs that do not require prior training.
